What types of therapy do you provide?
I currently offer individual online therapy, designed to provide flexibility and accessibility to meet your needs wherever you are. My approach emphasizes progress and results, as I believe therapy should help you move forward, not keep you stuck in the process.
With consistent engagement, many clients begin to notice a meaningful difference in their lives within 15–20 sessions. To ensure the best outcomes, we will conduct regular check-ins to evaluate progress, adjust goals, and tailor the journey to suit your unique needs. My goal is to ensure you feel supported and empowered every step of the way.
How long is each session?
Each session is thoughtfully structured to last 53 minutes.
How often will we meet?
For the initial four sessions—intake, two assessment sessions, and treatment planning—I recommend scheduling weekly appointments. During the treatment planning session, we’ll collaborate to establish a schedule that best supports your progress and aligns with your therapeutic goals.
What should I expect in a typical session?
Our sessions will be a blend of dialogue, skills-building, and self-exploration.
Is everything we discuss confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is not only a legal requirement but a fundamental part of building trust in our relationship. You can feel confident that what you share will remain private and respected.
Preparation & Expectations
What should I do to prepare for my first session?
I encourage you to think about your goals for therapy and any questions or topics you'd like to explore. Our work will be guided by your aspirations, so feel free to be open about what you'd like to achieve. Starting with a curious mind can help lay the groundwork for meaningful progress.
How will I know if therapy is working?
We’ll use periodic assessments to reflect on your progress. Beyond these tools, you may notice subtle shifts—feeling more distance from your struggles, gaining fresh perspectives, or discovering new solutions that didn't seem possible before.
What should I do in case of a crisis?
Together, we'll develop a personalized safety plan to support you during difficult times. This plan will serve as a guide if you need it, but in an emergency, please contact 911 immediately.

Yes, having a support person can enhance your therapeutic journey. Whether it's to help you feel more comfortable or to provide additional perspectives, you're welcome to bring someone along when it feels beneficial.
Do you provide therapy for court-mandated cases?
Yes, I have extensive experience with court-mandated cases, including the Marchman Act, which involves severe mental health and substance abuse challenges. I am equipped to provide the structured support needed for these complex situations.
